I am on a mission to help women build healthy relationships with themselves, align the way they think, feel and behave with what they want, and create a life that just feels right.
Why? Well, I've been there. A ball of anxiety, low self-esteem, ruled by fear and doubt, filled with self-criticism and shame. Repeating patterns over and over, asking myself, "Why can't I change?". ​

I believe the most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves, I'll tell you why.

The relationship you have with yourself sets the foundation for everything—whether or not you achieve your goals, being a source of suffering or support and encouragement, your relationships, work, how present you are, how safe you feel to exist in the world, try new things, step out of your comfort zone, how you get yourself through challenges, and so much more.

When you have a positive relationship with yourself and the tools to change how you think, feel and behave, you create a space to thrive.​

There will be guided exercises and action steps to help integrate your learnings and move the needle.
​You'll be part of an intimate group of ladies and added to a group chat with the rest of your fellow thrivers. I'll be checking in regularly with you there and providing additional support as needed.

"I thoroughly enjoyed The USR. I felt safe and supported by Jo and the other women in the group to be vulnerable and honest. Jo has a beautiful presence, and her calm and grounded demeanour made the course even more enjoyable. It felt totally okay to ‘come as I am’ when I turned up for the weekly calls. The workshops were a perfect balance of listening and completing practical tasks. Every single workshop contained helpful information and I walked away with a new strategy and deeper understanding of myself. The homework tasks were the perfect way to consolidate the information covered. I found the biggest change in myself was increased self-awareness. Particularly of my mindset and patterns at a subconscious level. I loved digging deep into the past, conditioning, and learning more about ‘why’ my mind works the way it does.

"Before the program, I was quite affected by other people; if other people had an off day, I would think I might have done something to upset them; I was very outward-focused.
​
During the program, I was really surprised to see that my inner critic was very negative, and I started to become aware of the way I was talking to myself. The awareness led to changing the way in which I spoke to myself. I replaced this with a patient, kind and encouraging voice (which has made such a big difference!). During the 10-week program, we covered a lot of topics. The things that stuck with me were around habits, awareness, breath work, your inner voice, tools to bring you back to a present state and that our lives/healing journeys are not a straight upward line.
The program has made a big difference to how I feel. I am relaxed and have a lot of enjoyment in my life"
